What is lavashak?

Fruit roll-ups, reinvented from a 3,000-year-old snack

Long before fruit leather hit the snack aisle, Persian families were rolling pureed fruit into thin, chewy sheets called lavashak, sun-dried and sour, eaten by the handful. Sour Bazaar brings that tradition into a modern format: US-grown fruit, thin-rolled, and unapologetically sour.
